The treatment
Silk and cashmere lash extensions enhance your eyes without weighing them down. Each extension is bonded individually to a single natural lash, with precision, to lengthen, thicken and curl your lashes while respecting their growth cycle. You wake up with your eyes already done: no mascara, no curler.
We chose silky fibres for their exceptional lightness. Lighter than standard synthetic lashes, they put less weight on the natural lash, which supports better retention and protects your own lashes. Soft and glossy, they blend with your lashes for a “real lashes” effect rather than a “false lashes” look, and they keep their curl despite heat and humidity.
At Ice Lady in Marrakech, every set is fully personalised: length, curl and density are chosen according to your eye shape, the condition of your natural lashes and the style you love, from everyday natural to light volume, or a more glamorous look for a special event.

How a session works
Eye consultation
We look at your eye shape and natural lashes to choose length, curl and style.
Preparation
Lashes are cleansed and lower lashes protected. You lie back comfortably with your eyes closed.
One-by-one application
Each extension is isolated and bonded to a single natural lash, with symmetry checked throughout.
Finishing and aftercare
We review the result with you, then explain aftercare and your recommended refill schedule.
Recommended protocol
Natural lashes renew constantly: every day a few lashes fall out, taking their extension with them. To keep your lashes full and even, a refill is generally recommended every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your lash cycle and aftercare.
If several weeks pass without a refill, a new full set may be needed. Your style can evolve from one appointment to the next; simply talk it through with your lash technician.

Aftercare
- Avoid water, steam, hammam and sauna for the first 24 to 48 hours.
- Use an oil-free make-up remover and cleanse your lashes gently.
- Brush your extensions daily with a clean spoolie.
- Do not rub your eyes, and avoid lash curlers and waterproof mascara.
- Never remove extensions yourself: have them removed at the clinic.
Contraindications
- Active eye infection (conjunctivitis, stye, blepharitis) or irritated eyelids.
- Known allergy to lash extension adhesives.
- Recent eye or eyelid surgery or treatment.
- Very weak natural lashes or significant lash loss.
- Your suitability is always confirmed in consultation before application.

Extensions fall out with your natural lashes as part of their normal renewal cycle. With good aftercare, a refill every 2 to 4 weeks keeps your lashes looking full continuously.
Do lash extensions damage natural lashes?
When applied correctly, one by one, with a suitable length and weight, they respect your natural lashes. That is exactly why we use lightweight fibres and adapt each set to the strength of your lashes.
Does the application hurt?
No. You lie comfortably with your eyes closed, and many clients simply relax. If you feel any stinging, tell us and we adjust immediately.
Which style should I choose: natural, light volume or glam?
It depends on your natural lashes, your features and your routine. We advise you at the start of the session; for a first set, a natural style is often ideal.
Can I combine lash extensions with microblading?
Yes, it is a popular combination to define the whole eye area. We can plan both treatments around your brow healing time.
