Ice Lady takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Data we collect
When you contact us via the website form or WhatsApp, we only collect the information needed to arrange your appointment: your name, phone number, preferred time slot and the treatment you are interested in, along with any information you choose to share in your message.
Purposes
This data is used to contact you, arrange and confirm appointments, prepare your consultation and follow up on your treatments. It is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as needed to manage your relationship with the clinic, then deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires longer retention.
Your rights
Under Law No. 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact the clinic by phone, WhatsApp or through the contact form.
You may also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use analytics tools to understand how the website is used and improve it, as well as the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
