Our story
Ice Lady, born from a passion for cold
Ice Lady was born from the wish to offer Marrakech an aesthetic practice that is both demanding and warm, built around one strong expertise: cryotherapy. Cold, applied with precision, became our signature for body and face.
Around this know-how, the clinic gradually brought together facial, brow, lash and body treatments chosen for how well they complement each other. The aim has stayed the same: to offer every client a coherent, explained and monitored journey rather than a series of isolated treatments.
The founder
Youssra Mellas
Youssra Mellas is the founder of Ice Lady. She runs the clinic, designs the treatment protocols and leads the team every day, guided by one idea: every client deserves precise, honest and personal care.

Every Ice Lady journey begins with a consultation. We take the time to understand your goals, lifestyle and history, to confirm your eligibility and recommend the treatments that truly suit you, not simply the most.
Your protocol is then tailored: number of sessions, pace, combination of treatments. Regular follow-up lets us track your progress and adjust the plan. We always prefer realistic expectations to promises: results vary from person to person, and we tell you so.

In the heart of Le Plateau, the clinic was designed as a soothing interlude. Walnut wood and white marble create a warm, luminous setting, elegant without being intimidating.
An intimate lounge welcomes you before your treatment, giving you time to settle in and talk with the team. Treatment rooms ensure privacy and comfort so you can truly relax.
Hygiene & safety
Rigour you don't see, but you can feel
Treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and disinfected between every client. Equipment is carefully maintained, single-use consumables are used whenever a treatment requires them, and every protocol follows strict hygiene rules.
Safety also starts with information: contraindications are always checked during consultation, and before every treatment we explain what you will feel and how to care for yourself afterwards.
