How do I book an appointment?
Via WhatsApp, by phone or through the contact form on this site. Our team will get back to you to confirm a time.
What happens at my first visit?
It begins with a consultation: we discuss your goals, history and expectations, check your eligibility, then present a clear treatment plan with its price.
Can I pay online?
No, there is no online payment. Payment is made directly at the clinic; details are given when your appointment is confirmed.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Please contact us at least 24 hours ahead by phone or WhatsApp. This lets us offer the slot to another client and find you a new one.
Are men welcome?
Yes, several treatments, including cryotherapy and body treatments, are also open to men. For a specific treatment, contact us and we will advise you.
Which languages do you speak?
Our team welcomes you in French, Arabic and English.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. You can give an amount or a specific treatment. Order your gift card via WhatsApp or directly at the clinic.
Do you run promotions?
Yes, we regularly run limited-time offers on selected treatments. See current offers on our Offers page.
Can I have treatments while pregnant?
Several treatments are contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding, including cryotherapy and electrostimulation. Always tell us about your situation: we will tell you what is possible and what should wait.
How do I choose the right treatment?
Start from your goal on our Goals page, or let us guide you: the consultation exists precisely to identify the treatment or combination that suits you best.
Are results guaranteed?
No aesthetic treatment can guarantee a result. Results vary from person to person; we set realistic goals together during consultation.
How long does a session last?
It depends on the treatment: from a few dozen minutes to over an hour. Duration is shown on each treatment page and confirmed when you book.
Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?
Depending on the treatment, we may give you a few instructions (avoid the sun, no makeup, etc.). They are shared when your appointment is confirmed.
