Hollywood Skin is Ice Lady’s signature facial in Marrakech. Designed to reveal your skin’s radiance, it combines advanced exfoliation with a dedicated skin-quality protocol. The aim: clear away what dulls the complexion, visibly refine skin texture and give your face a clear, even luminosity — the kind you get after a good night’s sleep or a holiday.
It is the treatment our clients choose before a wedding, an evening out, a photo shoot, or simply when they want skin that feels fresh again. The glow is noticeable as soon as you leave the treatment room, while texture improves progressively when the facial is repeated as part of a program. It also fits beautifully into an anti-aging plan alongside facial cryotherapy or microneedling.
As with all our treatments, the session starts with a skin assessment. We adapt the intensity of the exfoliation and the protocol steps to your skin type, its sensitivity and the season, as the Marrakech sun calls for a few precautions. Results vary from one skin to another, and your eligibility is always confirmed in consultation.

Recommended protocol
Hollywood Skin can be booked as a one-off, ideally a few days before an event, or as a course of spaced sessions to work on texture over time. The rhythm and number of sessions are set during your assessment, based on your skin and goals.
For a complete program, it pairs well with the natural seaweed peel, microneedling or facial cryotherapy. The schedule is always set in consultation to respect your skin’s recovery time between treatments.

Aftercare
- Apply high-protection sunscreen every day, even when it is cloudy.
- Avoid direct sun, hammam and sauna for a few days.
- Moisturise morning and evening with gentle products.
- Pause scrubs and exfoliating actives for a few days unless your practitioner advises otherwise.
Contraindications
- Active lesions, wounds, irritation or skin infections on the face, including cold sores.
- Sunburn or recent intense sun exposure.
- Current or recent isotretinoin treatment.
- Recent peel, laser or aesthetic procedure on the face.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: to be discussed during the consultation.
- In every case, your eligibility is confirmed by the practitioner during the consultation.
